Becoming a primary teacher – the PME for graduates






Applications for the two year Professional Masters in Education (Primary Teaching) 2015-2017 are now open. The closing date is 17:00 on 10th April 2015.

This programme is offered by:
St Patrick’s College, Dublin
Marino Institute of Education, Dublin
Froebel Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education, Maynooth
Mary Immaculate College, Limerick

Please note: Applications for the Dublin and Maynooth-based colleges should be sent to St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra; applications for the Limerick-based programme should be sent to Mary Immaculate College.

From September 2016 (not 2015) applicants will be required to have a minimum 2:2 honours Level 8 degree, i.e. UCD GPA 2.48 and above.
